Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
To ensure the highest level of service and consideration for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment be made with at least 24 hours’ notice, or 48 hours’ notice for appointments involving two or more people. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a charge of the full appointment fee. Our therapists dedicate this time specifically for you, and late changes impact both their schedule and the opportunity for others to receive care.
Please note: Same-day appointments are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
By adhering to this policy, we aim to support our therapists with consistent scheduling and job security, while providing greater access and availability for all clients.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for all services! To purchase, please visit us in person or give us a call for more information. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you want to use gift card to pay for service please don’t book online.
Late Appointments
At Zen Garden, we reserve the perfect amount of time just for your appointment. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to stay on schedule for the next client. Please note that if you arrive 30 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be canceled with the full charge applied. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Package 24 Hour Refund Policy
All packages are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of the purchase date. After this 24-hour period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Please note that retail product sales are non-refundable at any time.

While we strive to ensure every client is 100% satisfied, all sales are final. As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds on any services or products, whether used or unused. This includes payments made online for any service, packages, special deals, or accidental duplicate purchases made through our online appointment scheduler.
